Cancellation Policy
At Sandra’s Cleaning Services LLC, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least two days in advance. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but we kindly ask clients not to abuse this policy. If no one answers the door at the time of service, our team will wait up to twenty minutes before leaving, and the appointment will be considered a no-show. Rescheduling is also subject to two days’ notice and depends on our availability. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or email.
